The 410th Maintenance Wing celebrated its 70th Founding Anniversary at Hotel Stotsenberg, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat City, Pampanga last 25 October 2017 with the Theme: “410th MW @ 70: Raising the Bar in Providing Depot Level Maintenance Services as a Vital Contribution in the Attainment of Greater Peace and Security.” The activity was highlighted by the presentation of awards to the distinguished RESTORERS for their meritorious and exceptional achievements rendered to the Philippine Air Force. The Wing Commander, BGEN JOSELITO B RAMOS AFP assisted the Commander, ALC in the presentation of awards to the following: Maintenance Production Squadron of the Year: 4113rd Component Repair Squadron Maintenance Support Squadron of the Year: 4123rd Maintenance Training Squadron Officer of the Year: 1LT RUBEN D TIQUIO JR PAF Maintenance Production NCO of the Year: TSgt Junel L Naciloan PAF Maintenance Support NCO of the Year: TSgt Ramilio G Drapeza PAF Maintenance Production Airman of the Year: A1C Gregg Joseph F Sergas PAF Maintenance Support Airman of the Year: Sgt Jomar P Inaldo PAF Civilian Supervisor of the Year: Mr Noel N Galzote CE Civilian Employee of the Year: Mr Jan Kevin S Marquez CE In addition, the Wing also gave its appreciation for its collaborative partnership with other PAF units such as the 5th Fighter Wing, 15th Strike Wing, 250th Presidential Airlift Wing, and 205th Tactical Helicopter Wing, by providing training to 410th MW personnel. This is in line with the thrust of the unit to keep abreast of the skill requirements on the newly acquired platforms. The Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center was likewise recognized for facilitating the blood donation for soldiers who were wounded- in the Marawi crisis. Also, Engineer Albert G Orozco was given the Plaque of Appreciation for his invaluable technical support and expertise provided to the unit as consultant who greatly contributed in the maintenance and upkeep of the 410th MW high value maintenance equipment. No less than the Commander, Air Logistics Command, MGEN ARNOLD A MANCITA AFP, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In his message, he said that even though the 410th Maintenance Wing is facing constraints in resources, the Wing’s effort is truly remarkable and commendable. He also urges the unit to continue those initiatives and live up to the challenge that the future may offer. In addition, he wishes the Wing with good health, good spirit, solid cooperation and resounding success in the execution of the unyielding duty that the Wing humbly performed each day.
